Expertise

Mr. Guevarra is a CPA with broad experience in management consultancy and advisory services, corporate planning and compliance, and corporate audit. He administered the corporate structuring and setting-up of local or domestic subsidiaries and affiliates. He has exposure in various industries including, but not limited to professional organizations, PEZA registered entities, travel agencies, finance and leasing, wholesalers and retailers, agricultural poultry farms, and service contractors.  

He is a member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ACPAPP).

He holds various positions such as independent corporate director, treasurer, and technical adviser of both foreign and domestic partners.

Ms. Guevarra is with extensive experience in corporate tax planning and government compliance for various foreign and domestic companies. She leads various engagements in tax and PEZA advisory services such as tax refunds and assessments, BIR documentation, special tax audits, and compliance of PEZA registered entities.

Having 15 years of various experience, she is the head of outsourcing activities that handle business solutions and support to the corporate partners like monthly tax compliance, payroll services, government registrations, and updates, and human resource-related services.

She is a graduate with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Southern Luzon State University.
